Dr Merugu is a board-certified Family Medicine Physician with over 15 years of experience. She completed her Family Medicine residency at Guthrie Robert Packer Pennsylvania and internship at Louisiana State University Monroe Residency. Dr Merugu has the experience of treating patients of all ages. She emphasizes the holistic treatment enjoys practicing all aspects of family health, education and prevention are the foundation to her philosophy and practice. She treats patients with multiple comorbidities (conditions), especially Diabetes, Hypertension and Cardiovascular diseases. Before moving to the US she trained in Internal Medicine in the UK. She is a member of American board of Family Medicine Physicians.
Dr.Merugu is fluent in English, Telugu, Hindi and outside the office, she enjoys travelling, music and spending time with family and friends.
